By using TruArc ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. TruArc is a product of WisePal.ai.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use TruArc. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. Do not share your login credentials.

Acceptable Use: TruArc is designed for tracking tarot reading accuracy and client management. You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or in ways that could harm others.

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all data you enter (readings, client information, notes). We do not claim any rights to your content.

Service Availability: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service.

Founding Member Offer: First 100 subscribers receive 30% off their subscription for the first 12 months. After the first year, regular pricing applies.

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. Your card will be charged on the same day each month or year.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards processed securely through Stripe.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your card again. After multiple failures, your account may be downgraded to the Personal plan.

Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if you're not satisfied. After that, we do not provide refunds for partial months.

Reactivation: If you cancel and later resubscribe, Founder pricing is not guaranteed. You may need to subscribe at current rates.

No Professional Advice: TruArc is a tracking tool. We do not provide tarot readings, interpretations, or professional advice. The accuracy statistics are based solely on your own self-reported data.

Entertainment Purpose: Tarot reading is considered entertainment. TruArc makes no claims about the predictive validity of tarot or your readings.

"As Is" Service: TruArc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using the service.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of TruArc after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
